Additional Terms on Use of APIs

If you access Information through an API, the following terms apply in addition to those stated above:

  1. Use of APIs must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

  2. You must ensure that end-users of your software, applications, or services comply with these Terms.

  3. At the request of ELITE INSTITUTE, you must immediately stop any use of the APIs.

  4. ELITE INSTITUTE reserves the right to monitor the use of APIs for service improvement, compliance verification, and security purposes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

Rights of Third Parties

No provision of these Terms confers any rights or benefits on any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Miscellaneous

ELITE INSTITUTE may amend these Terms without notice. Continued use of the Website or APIs constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. The English version of the Terms shall prevail in case of discrepancies with other language versions.

All rights are reserved by ELITE INSTITUTE, including the right to terminate these Terms.
